蒙脱石散联合甘露醇治疗有机磷农药重度中毒的疗效观察

Application research on montmorillonite powder and mannitol in organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的观察蒙脱石散联合甘露醇治疗有机磷农药重度中毒的疗效。方法选取有机磷农药重度中毒患者132例,按就诊顺序和毒物种类编号半随机分为A组和B组,各62例。两组患者均按常规治疗,B组在常规治疗的基础上加用蒙脱石散9g,冲250ml生理盐水口服,相隔2h后口服20%甘露醇250～500ml,2次/d,连用2d。比较两组的临床疗效及并发症。结果 B组临床疗效优于A组,且并发症少于A组。结论蒙脱石散联合甘露醇治疗有机磷农药重度中毒效果好。

Objective To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with mannitol in the treat- ment of patients with pesticide poisoning by mouth. Methods Acording to the visiting order and number of toxicant species, 132 patients were randomly divided into A group and B group with 62 patients in each group. All patients were treated according to routine. On the routine treatment B group was treated with oral administration of montmoril- lonite powder 9 g dissolved in 250ml saline and oral administration of 20% 250 ~ 500 mt mannitol at 2 h of intervals, twice a day ,for 2 days. Between the two groups, the number of patients with rebound phenomenon, the number of pa- tients with eases of intermediate syndrome and the number of days of hospitalization were compared. Results The clinical effects in B group was better than that in A group, no rebound phenomenon was loud in B group. Conclusion The clinical effect of montmorillonite and mannitol in the treatment of organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning is better.
