摘要 在分析泄漏检测设备总体方案及泄漏测试原理基础上,给出了试漏气路设计,并对测漏机的关键部位—夹具的密封结构进行改进,即侧密封压头采用浮动机构,结合被测件说明了夹具压头不同封堵部位密封件结构的选用,最后对试漏仪主要参数设置及电气设计调试中的几个关键问题进行阐述。设备在生产实际应用中证明了这种设计方案的可行性、可靠性与稳定性,对从事此方向研究的工程技术人员有一定借鉴作用。 On the analysis of leak detection equipment overall scheme, leakage detection based on the principle, gives the leak test instrument air route design, and the leak detection machine key parts - clamps the sealing structure is improved that the side sealing head with floating mechanism, combined with the measured part illustrates the different sealing part seals structure selection, at the end of the leak test instrument for setting parameters and electrical design and debugging of several key problems are discussed, the equipment in the production practice shows that the design scheme of the feasibility, reliability and stability, to engage in this direction on the engineering and technical personnel have a certain reference.
