针对现有散装水泥车用无油摆杆式空气压缩机的不足,开发设计了一种新型的无油螺杆式空气压缩机。运用微分几何及齿轮啮合原理设计了无油螺杆式空气压缩机用的转子型线及整机结构,得出了无油螺杆式空气压缩机在散装水泥车上的应用优势及无油螺杆式空气压缩机的设计创新点。无油螺杆式空气压缩机将在散装水泥车上得到广泛的应用。

In view of the existing bulk cement truck with no shortage of oil swing rod type air compressor, design a new oil-free screw air compressor, the design without rotor profile of screw air compressor used oil and the whole structure using the differential geometry and meshing theory of gears, the advantages of oil-free screw air compressor in the bulk cement truck and oil-free screw air compressor design innovation, oil-free screw air compressor in the bulk cement vehicle obtains the widespread application.
