埋弧焊在大直径容器最后一道环缝的应用

摘要 一般两端封闭的大直径厚板容器,纵环焊缝基本采用自动埋弧焊,而通常在最后一道焊缝焊接时,埋弧焊机无法用横臂放入容器内部焊接,也无法用焊接小车直接放入容器内部焊接,因此,多半采用了焊条电弧焊焊接。针对此弊端,阐述了带人孔的压力容器最后一道环缝也采用埋弧焊焊接,有效地提高了焊接速度,改善了工人工作环境和减少了工人劳动强度。 Generally, diameter slab container closed at both ends, longitudinal girth weld usually uses automatic submerged arc welding, but usually can't cross arm into a container internal welding or put welding car directly into a container internal welding at the last one seam welding, so it mosdy uses the SMAW welding. For these disadvantages, the paper describes the pressure vessel of the manhole's last girth is also used submerged arc welding, and improves welding speed and improves the working environment for workers and reduce labor intensity.
