摘要
为了降低成本,提高效率,设计了门座起重机起升机构模拟器。笔者为模拟器设计中的钢丝绳的选型设计,以及钢丝绳在使用过程中的注意事项。改变了目前门座起重机比较复杂并且很昂贵,很多高职院校都无法购买实物开展实训教学的现状。设计旨在提高模拟器的使用安全性能和寿命。
In order to reduce the cost and improve efficiency, so we design the portal crane lifting mechanism simulator. In this paper we introduce portal crane lifting mechanism simulator with the selection of wire rope design, and the steel wire rope in use the matters needing attention in the process. To change the status which the portal crane is and expensive and a lot of higher vocational colleges can' t pay it in training teaching.
