面对制造业的快速发展和市场竞争压力,在平地机装配车间引入精益生产管理模式,给企业提供一个高效率、低成本、高品质和快速反应的最佳解决方法,使企业能以最小的投入获取最大的利润回报。将精益生产理念融入企业的生产运营,推进及时化生产,消除浪费。利用精益生产工具,改善生产流程,优化工艺布局,改进物流方式和装配技术,实施装配流线化,最终提升车间管理水平,进而提升企业竞争力。
With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry and the pressure of market competition, the lean production management mode was introduced for the grader assembly shop to provide a high-efficiency, low-cost, high quality and rapid response solution, in order to minimize invest and get the maximum return.Lean manufacturing was used to production operation to promote the JIT production and eliminate waste. With the tools of lean production, the production process and the proeess layout were optimized as well as the logistics and assembly technology. Thus the level of workshop management and the competitiveness of enterprise were enhanced.
