摘要
软启动技术的应用具有划时代的意义,基于这些原因,首先对机械电子式软启动的必要性及其工作原理进行了相应的分析;其次对机械电子式软启动方式和传统启动方式之间进行了相应的比较分析;最后对机械电子式软启动装置控制系统的软、硬件设计步骤进行了相应的阐述。通过对斜坡电压、斜坡恒流、阶跃式以及矩形转矩等机械电子软启动方式的分析,掌握其控制系统的软件与硬件设计方法,从而明确机械电子软启动装置的优势。
The application of soft start technology has epoch-making significance, based on these reasons, the author firstly on the mechanical electronic soft start the necessity and its working principle are analyzed, followed by a comparative analysis between the corresponding to the mechanical electronic soft start and the traditional start mode, the last on the mechanical and electronic soft starting device of control system software, hardware design steps are discussed. In this paper, through the analysis of the slope voltage, current ramp, step and rectangular torque mechanical electronic soft start, grasp the software and hardware design method of the control system, so as to clear the mechanical electronic soft starter advantage.
