A Bashu Writer Who Should not be Neglected:Mu Jibo and His Poetry

穆济波（1892—1978），四川舍江人，诗人、教育家。其文学成就与教育业绩，至今仍被湮没。其创作多以旧体诗词为主，且主张“快意尽言”。现以时间为序，辑其散佚之作，并发见其交游。对穆济波与秦德君二人的关系，也有转述和说明。

Mu Jibo（1892-1978） was born in Hejiang of Sichuan province and he is a poet and educator. His achievements on literature and education are neglected by people. His main creations mainly focus on the old style poetry and he puts forward the idea of ＂expressing meaning fast with limited words＂. The author accumulates his works in order of time and makes researches on his works. In this article, the relation between Mu Jibo and Qin Dejun has the paraphrasing and explanation.
