摘要 目的:对影响水质软化的相关因素进行研究分析,为提高血液透析用水水质提供依据。方法:通过水质硬度专用检测试剂对原水处理前及水质软化处理后进行检测,分析不同季节、不同温度作用下、特殊天然水文现象影响下对水质软化的影响及解决方法;对软化器的常规维护和监测进行分析比对。结果:通过对水质软化的影响因素采取相应的措施以及对软化器的维护,使水质的软化得到了提高。结论:加强软化器的维护监测管理,针对不同影响因素采取相对应的处理,不仅使前处理的水质得到充分软化,并在一定程度上优化了反渗膜的工作效应,进一步保证了透析用水水质的优质化。 Objective: To analyze the relevant factors which affect the water softening to provide the basis for improving the quality of water for hemodialysis. Methods: We tested the water quality before and after water softening by using the water hardness test kits, analyze the impacts and solutions of water softening under different seasons, temperatures, and special natural hydrological phenomena; analysis and comparison of daily routine maintenance and monitoring of water softener system. Results: The quality of water softening has been improved after improving maintenance of water softener system and taking appropriate solutions on relevant factors of water softening. Conclusion: We have improved the maintenance and monitoring of water softener system, correspond appropriately to'the different factors. It does not only mal^e fully softening of the pre-treated water, but also improve reverse osmosis membrane effects and further ensure the quality of dialysis water quality.
