摘要
根据油气管道安全预警技术的特点和应用现状,确立了评估安全预警技术的6个指标。根据问卷调查的结果,利用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。通过现场调研和相关文献报道,对4种安全预警技术在6个指标下的性能进行了系统地比较。利用模糊综合评价对每种技术在不同指标下的比较结果进行了排序。结合层次分析法确定的指标权重最终得到了不同油气管道安全预警技术的综合性能评估结果,并对结果进行了分析。研究结果表明,基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价对油气管道安全预警技术进行性能评估具有较强的实用性,可为企业选择合适的安全预警技术提供有力依据。
According to the characteristics and application situation of safety pre-warning technology on oil and gas pipeline, six assessment indices for safety pre-warning technology were established. The weight of each index was determined using AHP according to the result of questionnaire. The analysis showed that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP has strong practicality in the performance e- valuation of safety pre-warning technology of oil and gas pipeline, which provides strong basis for enterprises to choose the suitable safety pre-warning technology.
