摘要
目前我国正处于城市地铁建设的高潮期,由于城市轨道交通工程具有建设周期短、地下条件复杂等特点,所以地铁工程施工安全事故时有发生。基于这一现状,首先以住建部颁布的《地铁施工安全评价标准》为依据,构建地铁施工安全评价指标体系,利用层次分析法,建立指标权重集;确定单个评判对象对备择集的隶属程度,得到单因素评价集;然后建立模糊综合评判集,对地铁施工安全进行评价;最后结合实例进行了实证研究。
Now our country is at the high-tide period of metro construction. The safety incidents in metro construc- tion occurred occasionally due to the characteristic of short construction period, the complexity of subsurface condi- tion etc in urban metro projects. Based on this situation, a metro construction safety evaluation system was built based on metro construction safety evaluation criteria issued by the Ministry of Housing Construction. Using analytic hierarchy process, the weight set was established, and the membership degree of the single judge objects on the al- ternative set was determined, so as to get the single factor evaluation set. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation set was established to evaluate the safety of metro construction. Finally, an empirical study was conducted with ex- amples.
