白粉藤膏治疗烫伤创面的研究

Study on Wound of Cissus Repens Ointment in the Treatment of Scalding

目的观察白粉藤软膏Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号对小鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型的治疗作用。方法采用KM小鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型评价其治疗烫伤作用,不同组别小鼠皮肤涂抹不同剂量浓度的白粉藤软膏和阳性药物,模型组动物皮肤涂抹等容量的赋形剂。结果白粉藤膏Ⅱ号高剂量组能明显促进浅Ⅱ度烫伤小鼠模型皮肤创面的愈合,病理组织检查结果显示能够促进浅Ⅱ度烫伤小鼠皮肤表皮损伤和真皮胶原纤维束排列紊乱的修复,促进真皮毛囊增生,减轻炎症细胞对烫伤皮肤的浸润,对烫伤皮肤具有明显的修复作用。结论白粉藤软膏具有促进烧烫伤创面愈合的作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cissus repens ointment I and II in treating model of superficial second-degree burned mice. Method Effects in treating the model of superficial second-degree burned KM mice were evaluated. Skins of mice in different groups were greased with cissus repens ointment and positive drug of different dose and concentration, while skins of animals in the model group were greased with excipient of the same volume. Results High-dose cissus repens ointment II could significantly promote wound healing on skins of model with superficial second-degree burned mice. Pathological examination results showed that cissus repens ointment II could heat wounds on skins and arrangement disorder of dermal collagen fiber bundle in superficial second-degree burned mice, promote proliferation of dermic hair follicle and ease infiltration of inflammatory cells in scalded skins, which plays a significant role in healing scalded skins. Conclusion Cissus repens ointment plays a role in promoting wound healing on scalded skins.
