本文通过对眼科病房护士工作中潜在的风险进行分析,提出有效的管理对策,包括健全眼科护理风险管理机制,完善临床护理风险管理制度与应急预案,加强专科理论知识及操作技能培训,强化护理工作责任,认真做好护理记录,注重护理职业道德教育和薄弱环节管理等,从而提高眼科护士的风险意识,将眼科护理风险降到最低,保证护理工作安全、顺利展开。

This paper puts forward effective countermeasures lhrough analyzing potential risks in t/it work of nurses in the ophthalmic ward, including perfecting risk management mechanism of ophthalmologic nursing, eompleting risk management system of clinical nursing and emergency response program, enhancing training of professional theoretic knowledge and operating skill, strengthening nursing responsibility, finishing nursing records and putting emphasis upon occupational ethics education on nursing and weak link management, thus strengthening the risk awareness for ophthalmic nurses, minimizing risks in ophthalmologic nursing and ensu ring safe and smooth nursing.
