摘要
培养大学生的积极心理品质是高校心理健康教育的重要取向。园艺疗法作为一种基于中国传统文化理念而建构的心理疗法,是一种通过植物栽培过程体察生命意义,促进身心整合,克服焦虑和空虚的心理调节方法。本文基于作者从事园艺疗法的实验,总结了园艺疗法的操作步骤与心理体验。实践证明,园艺疗法对于培养大学生热爱自然与生命,通过劳动体悟人生意义,树立积极的人生观具有很好的促进作用。
Cultivating positive psychology in university students is an important orientation of mental health ed ueation in universities. Horticultural therapy, as a psychotherapy constructed on the basis of ideas in chinese traditional culture, is a psychological adjustment method used to promote body-mind integration, overcome anxiety and the feelings of emptiness by means of cultivating plants and tasting meanings of life during the process. This paper summarizes procedures and psychological experience of horticultural therapy based on ex periments the author conducted. It has been proved that horticultural therapy can facilitate university students to love nature and life, taste meanings of life through labor and develop positive attitudes towards life.
