摘要
目的:通过对泸州地区中老年冬泳者血中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白介素6(IL-6)的测定,探讨进行冬泳锻炼相关的健身机制。方法:选择泸州地区48~72岁初次参加冬泳者66例,在冬季水温大约为4~8℃,于冬泳前及冬泳3个月后抽血分别检测TG、TC、ET、NO、CRP和IL-6。结果:冬泳3个月后冬泳者血中TG、TC、ET、CRP和IL-6指标较冬泳前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);而NO含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:冬泳可以降低中老年人的血脂,调节血管张力,增加血管弹性,改善微循环,改善血液流变性,对预防某些疾病、延缓衰老有重要作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of winter swimming exercise-related fitness, author detected six blood items of the middle and old winter swimmers in Luzhou area.They were the blood triglyceride ( TG ), total cholesterol ( TC ), endothelin ( ET ), nitric oxide ( NO ), C-reactive protein ( CRP ) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) .Method: Chose 66 winter swimmers who were 48~72 years old and the first time to participate winter swimming. During the winter months the water temperature was 4-8 ℃, winter swimming in the winter swimming 3 months before and after the blood test TG, TC, ET, NO, CRP and IL-6.Result: After 3 months of winter swimming, these winter swimming in blood TG, TC, ET, CRP and IL-6 target was significantly lower, with significant difference ( P〈0.001 ) ; but NO levels was significantly increased, the difference significant ( P〈0.001 ) .Conclusion: Winter swimming in the middle and old can reduce blood lipids, regulate vascular tone, increase elasticity of blood vessels, improve microcirculation, improve blood rheology, prevention of disease, aging plays an important role.
