医事法学从业人员继续教育现状及对策研究——以成都市三级医院为考察对象

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures for the Continuing Education of Medical Jurisprudence Practitioners -- Taking Tertiary Hospitals in Chengdu as Investigation Object

通过对成都市三级医院的医事法学从业人员继续教育的现状调查和SPSSl3．0统计分析，可以发现，医院通过发展医事法继续教育，使医事法学从业人员的业务水平得到了较大提高，但其在医事法科研、主动学习意识上仍然存在诸多不足。鉴此，应通过宣传树立医事法终身教育观念，积极组织申报及举办医事法继续教育项目，丰富医事法继续教育的内容，提高科研能力，充分利用现代信息技术手段和加强医事法继续教育管理等方式改变这一现状。

Based on the investigation on the present situation of continuing education for the medical jurisprudence practitioners in tertiary hospitals in Chengdu and the statistical analysis, we may find that practitioners＇s professional skills have been improved by carrying out the continuing education policy, but they still lack the scientific research consciousness and active learning consciousness. Therefore, we should change the current situation by establishing lifelong education idea of medical jurisprudence, organizing the application and holding of continuing education projects in medical jurisprudence actively, enriching the continuing education content of medical jurisprudence, improving scientific research ability, making full use of modem information technology, and strengthening the management of continuing education of medical jurisprudence, etc..
