摘要
通过研究非圆曲线的编程与加工过程,介绍了数控车床上非圆曲线的加工方法;利用FANUC Oi Mate-TC数控系统提供的宏程序功能和利用软件自动生成功能进行编程加工等。在生产中依据实际情况,可以选择不同的方法编制数控加工程序,以提高非圆曲线编程的准确性。
Through the programming and processing of non-circular curve,the CNC lathe processing methods of non circular curve was introduced,which was used to program and process with the FANUC Oi Mate TC NC system with macro program function and using of software automatic generation of functional.According to the actual situation,it can choose different methods compiled NC program in production to improve the accuracy of non circular curve programming.
