摘要
酒店业作为劳动密集型产业和服务型行业,决定了女性员工在其整个员工构成中占很大比例,并且女性员工在整个管理体系发挥越来越重要的作用。由于酒店业特殊的工作性质、工作时间安排等因素,又使得整个酒店业的人员流动性相当大,因此酒店业的女性员工职业状况研究成为酒店人力资源部门的一项重要研究课题。通过市场调查给出影响酒店的女性员工职业状况的因素,藉此为酒店人力资源部门制定适合女性员工职业生涯规划提供参考,更重要的是能够为酒店女性员工自身制定合适的职业生涯规划提供建议。
The hotel industry,as a labor-intensive industry and a service industry,decides female workers constitute a big percentage of the whole staff,and female employees play more and more important roles in the whole management system.But due to the special work nature and work schedules in the hotel industry,the hotel industry personnel fluidity is quite great.So the study of women career planning in hotel industry has becomed an important research subject in hotel human resources department.Through a series of market surveys,this study has given some specific career planning proposals to the hotel female employees.By this study,the hotel human resources department can use as a reference when they make some suitable female employee career plannings.What's more,it gives some advices to the hotel female staffs when they make their own career plannings.
