摘要
目的考察骆驼蓬总生物碱和去氢骆驼蓬碱对小鼠银屑病模型的作用。方法采用小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型和鼠尾鳞片颗粒层模型2种动物模型,观察骆驼蓬总生物碱和去氢骆驼蓬碱外用对上皮细胞有丝分裂及表皮细胞分化的影响。并对骆驼蓬碱的量效关系进行研究。结果骆驼蓬总生物碱与去氢骆驼蓬碱均可以显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮的有丝分裂(P<0.01),并促进鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成(P<0.01),但后者对阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂的抑制作用优于前者(P<0.01)。去氢骆驼蓬碱生物活性具有明显的剂量依赖性。结论骆驼蓬总生物碱和去氢骆驼蓬碱对小鼠银屑病模型有较好的治疗作用。
AIM To evaluate the effects of alkaloids from Peganum harmala on mouse model of psoriasis. METHODS The vaginal epithelium mitosis mice and the formation of mouse tail scale epidermis were used to investigate the therapeutic effects of harmine and total alkaloids from Peganum harmala, and their dose-effect relationship of harmine. RESULTS The results indicated that harmine and total alkaloids from Peganum harmala could significantly inhibit vaginal epithelium mitosis, and promote the formation of mouse tail scale epidermis. The inhibitory effect of vagina epithelium mitosis revealed that the effect of harmine was better than that of total alkaloids from Peganum harmala (P 〈 0.01 ). Harmine showed obviously dose-dependent effects on two models. CONCLUSION Harmine and total alkaloids from Peganum harmala exhibit beneficial therapeutic effects on mouse model of psoriasis.
