膜结构对聚醚砜中空纤维膜血液相容性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过改变添加剂的种类和纺丝工艺,得到四种结构的聚醚砜(PES)膜,即双层指状孔结构(PES-DF)、单层指状孔结构(PES-SF)、致密海绵体结构(PES-CS)和较为疏松的海棉体结构(PES-LS)。利用水接触角、水吸附量、牛血清白蛋白吸附以及凝血时间等实验考察了膜结构类型对PES膜血液相容性的影响。实验结果表明,具有海绵体结构的PES膜的血液相容性优于具有指状孔结构的PES膜;同样是海绵体结构的PES膜,结构相对致密其血液相容性优于结构较为疏松的PES膜。 In this study, double finger (PES-DF), single finger (PES-SF), compact sponginess (PES-CS), and loose sponginess (PES-LS) membranes were obtained by changing the additive and spinning technics. Effect of the membrane strueture on blood compatibility of PES membranes was investigated by the measurements of water contact angle, water adsorption, BSA adsorption, and blood clotting time. All results show that PES membranes with sponginess strueture have better blood compatibility than PES membranes with the finger structure. As for the PES membranes with the sponginess structure, PES-CS shows the better blood compatibility than PES-LS.
