摘要
论文主要是以液体除湿空调器为对象研制了一套控制系统,完成其相关的输入输出控制。在控制系统研制过程中充分考虑系统运行的稳定性以及实验操作的简便性,采用先进的人机交互式控制界面,用西门子Cli-matix控制器作为下位机进行现场控制,通过触摸屏输入信号,实现对实验的热源温度、风速、流量等进行精确的调节,还具有实验系统故障报警与诊断等功能。实验证明该系统很好地完成了液体除湿空调系统要求的控制任务。
Control system was developed that was used for achieving automatic control to the liquid desiccant air-conditioning system in this paper.The stability and convenience of the system were considered during the developing process.The operating control of the system was carried out on human-machine interface,which the Siemens Climatix controller and the touch screen were employed for local control of the system to achieve precise adjustment to the temperature of heat source,the speed and flow of air.The system also had the functions of failure alarm and diagnosis itself.Experiments prove that the control system has a favorable performance and can meet the requirement of the control to the liquid desiccant air-conditioning system.
