我国高校学术竞争力的评价分析

以分析和评价我国高校的学术竞争力为目标,以数据挖掘、科学计量和聚类分析为手段,基于ESI数据库、世界大学学术排名和国家科技成果网的数据统计,分析我国高校在世界范围内的学术表现;同时从科研产出、科研影响力和科研创造力三个方面分析我国高校的学术竞争力,具体涉及ESI收录论文数量、论文被引用次数、热门论文数、篇均被引次数、获得的成果数及授权专利数等指标。旨在获得一种科学、全面地对我国高校学术竞争力进行分析和评价的方法。

This paper takes the academic competition of universities in China as the research target and takes the data min- ing, scientific measurement and clustering analysis as the research method. Based on the statistical data of ESI database, academic rankings of world universities and the national science and technology achievements nets, this paper analyzes the academic performance of domestic universities in the world, and the academic competition of domestic universities from re- search output, research influence and research creativity, specifically involving paper amount, paper cited times, hot paper number, cited times per paper in ESI database, and the number of achievements and patents, etc. The goal is to analyze and evaluate the academic comprehensive competitiveness of universities in China.
