摘要
在深入分析情报服务能力的内涵和云计算服务理念的基础上,针对目前科技中介情报服务所面临的问题,试图利用云计算技术和理念提出情报服务能力提升模型,为科技中介机构实现情报服务能力提升提供新的思路。
Based on in - depth analysis of the connotation of the intelligence service capabilities and cloud computing service concept, after analyzing the current problems of the intelligence service faced by the science and technology intermediaries, the article tries to use cloud computing technology to build intelligence service model to upgrade the capability of technology intermediariesand provide new ideas for it.
