摘要
供应链战略的制定,除了商业的本质、竞争环境和产品的技术密集程度,还要根据产品和市场的特点,因此,供应链整合战略必须与企业的市场战略和产品战略互相结合。通过对利丰集团的案例研究,深入研究利丰集团如何通过全球化的供应链整合实现差异化战略,建立对手无法模仿的竞争优势,并在经销贸易的碎片行业获取成功。基于此,探讨供应链整合战略如何形成差异化战略。
Supply chain strategy depends on, not only the commercial nature of the competitive environment and technology -intensive products, but also product and market characteristics. Therefore, supply chain integration strategy must be combined with competition strategy including market strategy and product strategy. Based on case studies of Li & Fung Group, we make an in - depth study of how Li & Fung Group integrates the global supply chain to achieve differentiation strategy, which establishes the competitive advantage hardly imitated by competitors, and achieves successes in the fragmentation industry.
