摘要
在对国内各省市知识产权发展水平梯队分类的基础上,建立了比较框架,从总量、效益、增速、结构四个方面对各省知识产权"十二五"规划定量指标作了比较分析,并对浙江省今后一个时期知识产权工作发展思路提出了启示和建议。
The paper builds comparison frame based on the tier classification and the development level of intellectual property right in the various cities and provinces in China. Comparison analysis is made on the quantitative indexes of IRP for the various provinces in the ＂12th five - year＂ plan in four aspects, i. e. aggregation, benefits, growth and structure. Then the paper presents suggestions on the development thoughts of Zhejiang Province in IPR work for a period of time in the future.
