我国农业知识产权综合评价指标体系研究

创新型国家的核心是要有自己的知识产权。目前我国是一个农业大国,正处在加快实施创新型国家的建设当中,所以农业知识产权的重要性更显突出。然而知识产权的最终目的是得到有效运用,因此,在深入研究农业知识产权相关理论知识的基础上,依据理论与实践相结合、科学与可操作性相结合的原则,构建了一套科学的、系统的、可操作的、公平的农业知识产权综合评价指标体系。采用层次分析法确定权重,以一定数据位基础通过这套体系最终可以分析得出目前我国农业知识产权的发展水平。

The core of an innovative country is to have their own intellectual property rights. At present, our country is a big agricultural country and is accelerating the implementation of the construction of an innovative country, so the agricultural intellectual property becomes more important than ever. However, an effective use of intellectual property is the ulti- mate goal. Therefore, in this paper, our aim is to construct a set of scientific, systematic, operable, fairly comprehen- sive evaluation index system of agricultural intellectual property based on the in - depth research on the agricultural intel- lectual property related theories and the principle of combining theory and practice, science and the operation. By using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight, based on certain data, with the help of this index system, the present agricultural intellectual property development level of our country can be achieved.
