右美托咪啶辅助颈丛神经阻滞用于锁骨骨折内固定术的临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 右美托咪啶是一种新型高效和高选择性的仅，肾上腺能受体激动药，具有剂量依赖性镇静催眠作用和镇痛、抑制交感活性等药理性质，无呼吸抑制作用。近年来国内外围术期的应用证实右美托咪啶可使麻醉药用量明显减少，并能稳定血流动力学。本科在锁骨骨折内固定术中采用右美托咪啶辅助颈丛神经阻滞，麻醉效果满意。现将一组病例资料报告如下。
