Catalytic Synthesis of Tributyl Citrate by Carbon Based Solid Acid

摘要 研究了碳基固体酸催化柠檬酸与正丁醇酯化反应合成绿色增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯的反应过程。考察了反应时间、酸醇的配比、碳基固体酸用量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,当柠檬酸与正丁醇物质的量比为1:4.5,催化剂用量为3.0 g/1 mol柠檬酸,反应4.0 h,转化率在99%以上,以上表明,碳基固体酸对柠檬酸三丁酯的反应有较好的催化性能。 The synthesis of tfibutyl citrate by using solid acid as catalyst was studied. Effects of reaction time, mole ratio of reactants and amount of catalyst on yield of tributyl citrate were investigated. The optimum reaction condition : molar ratio of citrate acid to butanol was 1 : 4.5, catalyst amount was 3.0 g/1 mol citrate acid, reaction time was 4.0 h. Under that condition, conversion was over 99%. Results showed that solid acid was an efficient catalyst for the reactions with high conversion and selectivity in mild conditions.
