跟腱闭合性断裂误诊分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨飞行员跟腱闭合性断裂的误诊原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析2000年1月—2010年12月误诊的跟腱闭合性断裂飞行员患者8例的临床资料,探讨误诊原因,总结预防误诊的措施。结果本组误诊率23%,误诊为跟腱炎4例,小腿三头肌拉伤3例,踝关节扭伤1例;误诊时间15~142 d,平均32.5 d。经详细查体及相关医技检查确诊,6例为不完全性跟腱断裂,2例为完全断裂;4例行手术,4例保守治疗,均愈。结论飞行员跟腱闭合性断裂的误诊率较高,应及早诊断以减少误诊和提高治愈率。
