磁共振加权成像在椎体转移瘤放化疗前后表观扩散系数变化的意义(附9例分析) 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)在椎体转移瘤放化疗前后表观扩散系数(ADC)变化的意义。方法对9例经病理或放射性核素骨显像证实为转移瘤的9个椎体,接受放化疗前后行常规MRI及DWI检查。测量治疗前后ADC值,按治疗前后ADC值的变化进行分组分析比较。结果治疗后ADC值明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DWI可以作为椎体转移瘤放化疗早期评价指标,并可根据ADC值升高情况预测治疗效果。
