摘要
传动轴是汽车传动系统中的重要部件,汽车工作过程中所有的动力都通过传动轴进行传递,因此传动轴的工况十分恶劣。针对某混凝土搅拌运输车底盘传动轴损坏的问题,通过CAE仿真手段,对该系传动轴总成进行强度及疲劳寿命分析,并进行评价,最后通过试验验证仿真分析的准确性。试验证明,运用CAE仿真方法对传动轴的设计及进一步优化具有重要的指导意义。
The drive shaft is an important part of the power train, all the power when the vehicle is working was transferred by the drive shaft, so the working condition of the drive shaft was very terrible. To the damage problem of a drive shaft of concrete mixing truck, the strength and fatigue analysis of the drive shaft is done by CAE simulation method, and it is evaluated with drive shaft. Confirming the veracity of the simulation by some tests, and it had important guiding significance with the drive shaft design and further optimization.
