不同生态恢复措施对百花山边坡土壤特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选择百花山公路边坡不同生态恢复措施(喷混植生、客土种植、营养土种植、三维网种植、六棱砖种植)的生态系统为研究对象,以稳定的自然植物群落作为对照,研究不同生态恢复措施对土壤理化特性的影响。结果表明:在土壤养分和土壤微生物含量方面,不同恢复措施样地之间差异显著,营养土种植样地含量最高,三维网种植和喷混植生样地次之,客土种植和六棱砖种植样地最低;对比土壤脲酶活性,营养土种植、三维网种植和喷混植生恢复样地与自然植物群落样地差异不显著,但显著高于客土种植和六棱砖种植样地;在土壤生物学和土壤养分相关性方面,土壤微生物量碳、氮含量和脲酶活性与土壤全氮、速效氮、有机质等呈显著正相关,与全钾含量呈显著负相关。 On the roadside slope of Baihua Mountain in Beijing, different plots restored through different ecological restoration measures, including spray sowing, replace with out-soil, nutrition soil, three dimensions earthwork mesh cushion, six-rowed bricks, served as research objects. After comparing with stable natural plant community, the effects of different ecological restoration measures on soil physicochemical characteristics were investigated. The results showed that different ecological restoration measures resulted in signifi cant difference in the contents of soil nutrients and soil microbes among different plots. Nutrition soil treatment lead to the highest contents, followed by treatment with spray sowing and three dimensions earthwork mesh cushion, and in the plots treated with replace with out soil and si^rowed bricks the contents were the lowest. Compared with natural plant community, no significant difference in soil urease activity was found in the plots treated with nutrition soil, three dimensions earthwork mesh cushion, but all were significant ly higher than in the plots treated with replace with out soil and six-rowed bricks. The soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen contents and urease aetivity showed clearly positive correlation with contents of total nitrogen, available nitrogen, and organic matter, but presented significantly negative correlation with total potassium.
