文冠果油的萃取及理化性质和脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:7

摘要 以文冠果种子为原料,测定文冠果种子的理化指标,应用超临界CO2流体萃取文冠果油,采用正交试验研究了压力、温度、时间对萃取效果的影响,确定了萃取文冠果油的最佳条件:压力40 MPa,温度50℃,时间120min。对超临界萃取的文冠果油进行了理化性质及GC/MS分析,结果显示,酸价为0.4mg KOH/g、过氧化值为0.042g/100g、碘值为113g/100g、芥酸9.49g/100g、水分及挥发物含量为0.01g/100g,其中共检测出11种脂肪酸。超临界CO2萃取的文冠果油工艺稳定可靠,并具有极高的应用价值。 The oil Xanthoceras sorbifolia was extracted by using supercritical CO2 fluid technology. Orthogonal test was used to quantify the effects of pressure, temperature, and time on the oil recovery. The appropriate conditions of sorbifolia seed oil extraction were 40 MPa, 50 ℃, 120 minutes. The physical and chemical properties of the oil were the acid value of 0.4 mg KOH/g, peroxide value of 0. 042 g/100g, iodine value of 113 g/100g, moisture and volatile matter content of 0.01 g/100g. There were 11 fatty acids of the oil detected. Supercritical CO2 extraction process was of stable and reliable for the sorbifolia seed oil.
