摘要
设计并实现了一种高精度同步运动控制系统。根据功能需求,采用工业控制计算机作为上位机,以运动控制器作为下位机。上位机中,在VC++平台上编写了人机交互界面及上位机软件监控系统;下位机中编写了相应的运动控制程序,以新型的相位控制方法为核心,用对等控制模式,实现了高精度的两轴同步。设计并制造了相应的实验平台,实验表明,此种方式构建的同步系统是可靠且实用的。
A high - precision synchronized mo- tion control system was designed and implemented in this paper. To meet the function and control re- quirements of the system,PC is used as upper com puter,and the motion controller is used as lower computer. The monitoring program and man - ma- chine interface is designed on upper computer by VC+ +, and the motion control program is de- signed on lower computer. With the new phase control theory, synchronized motion control was realized in equivalent control mode. Results show that this system is reliable and practical.
