摘要
介绍了基于光透射理论的激光浓度测试系统,对其关键参数的选取和计算进行了研究,并着重分析了光源波长和吸收层厚度对浓度测量范围的影响,利用计算机仿真,给出了激光浓度测量系统光源波长、吸收层厚度等关键参数的参考值。最后通过实际测量,对其进行了验证。
This article describes the concentra- tion test system based on the light transmission, and did the research to the selection and calculation of the key elements. And more importantly,this ar- ticle analyzed the impact of the light wavelength and the thickness of the absorbing layer on the concentration measurement range, drawn a conclu- sion to the laser light source wavelength and the layer thickness etc by using a computer simulation. In the end, all these were verified by actual meas- urement.
