摘要
工程造价的90%以上都耗用在施工阶段,因此,这一阶段的造价控制是整个工程造价控制的重要一环,本文分析了施工阶段工程造价控制的主要问题,对如何加强施工阶段造价控制提出了具体的控制措施。
More than 90% of the engineering cost are consumed in the construction stage, therefore, this phase of the cost control of engineering cost control is the important one annulus, this paper analyzes the construction stage of engineering cost control, main problems on how to strengthen the project construction cost control puts forward specific control measures.
