可控不压井作业技术研究与应用

摘要 根据井下作业井控实施细则要求,在油水井常规修井作业前,为了保证井控安全,要求必须先压井,后作业,但对于低压漏失井不仅造成了压井液大量漏失,成本浪费,而且会对地层造成污染、油井恢复期延长,含水上升和产量下降等严重后果。可控不压井作业技术就是利用井口专用设备,解决起下作业中抽油杆和油管防喷、防窜以及安全生产和清洁生产的难题,针对低压漏失井和高压低渗透油藏可以实现不压井作业。此项技术避免了压井液漏失造成油层污染,降低了修井成本,缩短了油井恢复期,作为稳定和提高单井产量的一项重要技术应用前景非常广泛,对提高井下作业施工效果和技术升级具有十分重要的意义。 According to the detailed requirements of the well control policy, in order to guarantee the safety of the well control,before the conventional workover operation,killing the well is very necessary, but in low pressure absorption well,the killing fluid will be lost into the formation, not only increase the cost but also damage the formation, and extended the recovery time.Controllable snubbing technology is to use the special wellhead tools to achieve non-well killing operation, especially for the low pressure absorption well and the high pressure low permeability well, this technology avoided the lose of the killing fluid and the formation damage ,reduced the cost and shortened the recovery time, this technology will be widely used in the future and has a great significance in improving the operation efficiency and updating the current technology.
