摘要
目前的"双师"队伍建设存在着学校教师动手实践能力弱,企业教师缺少教学方法的问题。对此,要在校企双主体合作模式下,由校企双方共同制定政策、签订合作协议、成立组织机构、制定考核机制,从而明确责任,理顺管理,确保成效。
It is a problem in "double teacher" team construction in current, that is, school teachers' practical ability is weak, lack of teaching methods of business teacher. To this, school and enterprise should formulate the joint policy, signed cooperation agreement, set up the organization, and establish assessment mechanism, so as to make clear responsibility, straight out the management, ensure the effectiveness.
