目前的"双师"队伍建设存在着学校教师动手实践能力弱,企业教师缺少教学方法的问题。对此,要在校企双主体合作模式下,由校企双方共同制定政策、签订合作协议、成立组织机构、制定考核机制,从而明确责任,理顺管理,确保成效。
