摘要
跨国外派已成为国际人力资源管理的一项重要战略。但是高比率的外派工作失败却是一个让管理者和研究者不能回避的问题。通过对外派工作失败研究理论的梳理和对外派工作失败对策研究的分析,为中国跨国公司的外派管理提供理论和实践借鉴,为中国企业在激烈的全球化竞争中取胜提供支持。
Expatriation is becoming an important strategy of international human resource management for multina- tional corporations. Unfortunately, the failure rate of expatriates is extraordinarily high. Expatriate failure has been becoming a common situation which can not be avoided by managers and researchers. This essay has reviewed and summarized related research results and outcomes on expatriate failure, and discusses related solutions and interventions to avoid and reduce the expatriate failure, in order to provide support and help of expatriation management and improve the competition ability for multinational corporations in China at the background of globalization.
