利培酮对不同性别精神分裂症患者催乳素水平及甲状腺功能的影响

Effects of risperidone on prolactin level and thyroid function of different sex schizophrenics

目的探讨利培酮对不同性别精神分裂症患者催乳素水平及甲状腺功能的影响。方法将50例男性精神分裂症患者设为男性组，50例女性精神分裂症患者设为女性组，均日服利培酮治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗2周、8周末，采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，同时检测血清催乳素水平及甲状腺功能，并进行对比分析。结果治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分均较治疗前有显著性下降（P〈0．01），同期两组间评分比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。治疗后两组血清催乳素水平均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．01），女性组则呈持续性升高；女性组治疗前血清催乳素水平显著高于男性组（P％0．01），治疗2周、8周末血清催乳素水平较男性组升高更显著（P〈0．01）。治疗后两组甲状腺功能各项指标检测结果与治疗前比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），同期两组间比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效显著，但对血清催乳素水平有不同程度的影响，对女性患者的影响更为显著；对患者的甲状腺功能无明显影响。

Objective To explore the influence of risperidone on prolactin levels and thyroid function of different sex schizophrenics. Methods Fifty male schizophrenics were assigned to male group and 50 fe- male ones to female group, both groups took orally risperidone for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） at baseline and at the end of the 2nd and 8th week, meanwhile prolactin levels and thyroid function detected and contrastively analyzed. Results After treat- ment the total scores of the PANSS of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0. 01）, contemporaneous group comparisons showed no significant differences （P〉0. 05）. After treatment serum prolactin levels of both groups increased more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01）, that of female group did continuously; prolactin levels were significantly higher before treat ment （P〈0.01） and increased more significantly at the end of the 2nd and 8th week （P〈0.01） in female than male group. There were no significant changes in each index of thyroid function of both groups be- tween post-and pre treatment （P〉0.05） and no significant differences in contemporaneous group compari- sons （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Risperidone treatment may cause serum prolactin of schizophrenic to in- crease in different degrees, especially female ones; risperidone treatment has no obvious influence on thy- roid function.
