安非他酮治疗酒依赖伴抑郁障碍对照研究

A control study of bupropion in the treatment of alcohol dependence with depression

目的探讨安非他酮治疗酒依赖伴抑郁障碍患者的临床疗效。方法将60例酒依赖伴抑郁障碍患者随机分为两组，每组30例，两组均予以常规戒酒治疗，研究组在此基础上口服安非他酮缓释片治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗第2周、4周、6周、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表、饮酒问卷和密西根酒精依赖调查表评定临床疗效。结果治疗后两组各量表评分均较治疗前有显著性下降（P〈0．05或0．01），同期研究组各量表评分均较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论安非他酮能显著改善酒依赖患者伴发的抑郁症状，降低饮酒欲望，强化酒依赖治疗效果，可作为治疗酒依赖伴抑郁障碍的一线用药。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bupropion in the treatment of alcohol dependence and depression （ADD）. Methods Sixty ADD patients wererandomly divided into two groups of 30 one each, both groups received routine temperance treatment, on that basis research group took orally bupropion SR for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, Alcohol Drinking Scale （ADS） and Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test （MAST） at baseline and at the end of the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week. Results After treatment scores of all scales lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, so did those in re- search than in control group contemporaneously （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Bupropion could effec- tively improve depressive symptoms of patients with alcohol dependence, lower drinking desire, strengthen treatment effectiveness of alcohol dependence, and be used as first-line medication for ADD.
