胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT和MRI诊断分析 被引量：2

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（solid pseudopaillary tumot of the pancreas。SPT）是一种较为少见的胰腺交界性肿瘤，近年来逐渐为临床所认识。但SPT影像表现与胰腺其它囊实性肿瘤相似，术前常误诊。本次研究回顾性分析14例SPT的CT和MRI表现，探讨SPT的CT、MRI诊断价值。报道如下。
