摘要
随着高电压、大功率、长距离输电线路的出现,输电线路穿越的地理环境日趋复杂,应用直升飞机巡检输电线路已成为电力发展的需要。对航拍绝缘子图像进行处理,以识别伞群脱落的绝缘子串,从而及时准确地掌握输电线路中绝缘子串的状态信息,为后续绝缘子故障处理提供必要的依据。采用图像增强、去噪、锐化、阈值分割、形态学和边缘提取等算法对绝缘子航拍图像进行了预处理,提出了对经过预处理的航拍破损绝缘子串图像进行故障检测和识别的方法,即应用MATLAB数字图像处理工具箱,根据绝缘子串图像的形态特征对其进行预处理、链码的计算及模糊划分来检测绝缘子串的瓷片脱落故障并分析其故障程度,测试证明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
With the rapidly development of high-voltage,high-power and long-distance transmission lines,the power line corridors and surroundings become increasingly complicated.Applying helicopter as a platform to inspect the power line is needed in the modern electric distribution industry.A proper management with the insulators' picture taken by helicopters can help us to find out the sheds'dropping off problem and understand the condition of insulators on the transmitting lines very nicely,also it can provide adequate evidence for the subsequent fault processing.This paper has handled the aerial photographs with some algorithms,such as image enhancement,neat image,sharpen,threshold division,configuration,edge extracting.According to the results of picture analysis,a method of defect diagnostic is brought out.That means we can use the MATLAB digital image processing tool box to finish the pictures' management,chain codes calculation and fuzzy partition on the aerial pictures,and then get the defects'statement of the broken insulator strings.In the end,a test is set to prove the feasibility of the diagnostic method.
