Reckoning methods for housing safeguard standards of hydroelectric resettlement under different resettlement modes

根据移民搬迁前后住房的空间变化对移民安置方式进行了界定,从住房面积、质量、环境、房屋资产价值和货币补偿标准5个方面研究水利水电移民住房保障相关标准的测算方法,核心是对3类不同移民安置方式下移民住房货币补偿标准的确定和分析,对进一步完善移民住房保障测算做了总结。

The resettlement mode is defined according to the spatial variation of hydroelectric resettlements'houses after their relocation.The reckoning methods for the relevant standards of housing safeguard of hydroelectric resettlement are studied from five aspects of housing area,quality,environment,property value and monetary compensation standard.The core is to define and analyze the monetary compensation standard of the housing under three different resettlement modes.Finally,further improvement of the reckoning methods for the housing safeguard is summarized.
