摘要
随着超声乳化白内障联合囊袋内人工晶状体植入技术的发展及人工晶状体制造技术的不断进步,改善白内障患者术后的裸眼全程视力,使其拥有一定的调节功能是眼科临床和基础研究共同追求的目标。可调节人工晶状体为白内障摘除术后老视症状提供了有效的解决办法。本文就其设计原理、发展历程、临床应用、功能评价及在临床应用中存在的问题等方面做一综述。
With the advancement of phacoemulsification and intraoeular lens ( IOLs ) implarmation and the improve- ment of IOLs'materials. The same pttrsttit goal of ophthalmologists and Researchers is to improve the cataract patient postop- eratively the uncorrected near visual acuity and to make patients to have some degree of accommodation, accommodative in- traocular lens can provide to cataract patients postoperatively for etiictive solution to solve the presbyopia. The purpose of this review is to summarize its principle of design, development, clinic application, functional assessment and the problem of clinical application.
