改性废白土/环氧树脂复合材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以环氧树脂为基体,酚醛胺(T31)为固化剂,改性废白土为填料制备复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉伸剪切实验、差示扫描热量(DSC)对材料进行性能测试与结构表征。结果表明:改性废白土的加入可明显改善复合材料的力学性能及耐热性能,当其质量分数为2%时,复合材料的拉伸剪切强度、玻璃化转变温度分别提高了64.7%、17℃;废白土经改性剂改性后层间距扩大,环氧树脂可插层进入改性废白土中,可形成较强界面,复合材料断面呈现韧性断裂特征。 Modified waste clay/epoxy composite was prepared with epoxy as matrix, phenolic amine (T31) as curing agent and modified waste clay as filler. The properties and structures of materials were characterized and analyzed by using XRD, FTIR, SEM, the tensile shear test and DSC. The results indicated that the mechanical property and heat resistance can be significantly improved by adding modified waste clay. When the amount of modified waste clay was 2%, the tensile shear strength and the glass transition temperature of the composite were increased by 64. 7% and 17℃ respectively. The layer space of waste clay was expanded after modification. The modified waste clay was intercalated by epoxy. A strong interface was formed between epoxy and modified waste clay. The characteristics of ductile fracture were appeared on the section of the composite.
