摘要
采用共混的方法制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)/回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PCM-PET)合金材料。分别研究了ABS树脂、共聚酯、扩链剂、增韧剂等对合金材料性能的影响。结果表明:用高冲击ABS替代中冲击ABS或加入共聚酯后合金的韧性提高明显;扩链剂可增加材料的强度,断裂伸长率的增加较明显,但材料的熔体质量流动速率明显降低;采用苯乙烯接枝改性剂(S-g-M),将其加入ABS/PCM-PET合金中可使韧性显著改善,材料的缺口冲击强度从14.8 kJ/m2提升至19.5 kJ/m2。
ABS/PCM-PET alloy was prepared by mixing The developing status of this kind of products was introduced , research of the alloy were also introduced. The effects of ABS resin, copolyesters, chain extenders and tougheners on properties of the alloy were studied. Results showed that compared with medium impact ABS resin, the toughness was easier to increase by high impact ABS resin, or by adding polyester. The strength and elongation at break were increased by chain extenders, but the melt flow index of the material decreased. The Izod impact strength of ABS/PCM-PET alloy was increased from 14. 8 kJ/m2 to 19.5 kJ/m2 by adding of S-g-M.
