摘要
以汽车外饰件牌照灯护板为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件,对其注射成型过程进行模拟;针对分析结果预测可能出现的成型缺陷并提出相应的优化措施,找出最佳方案,最后将结果应用于该牌照灯护板的模具型腔设计。经验证表明,Moldflow在设计阶段可以找出未来产品可能出现的缺陷,通过优化产品结构、模具设计和注塑工艺参数,提高一次试模成功率,从而降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
Automotive license plate lamp panel was studied, and Moldflow software was used to simulate the injection molding process for it. Optimization measures were proposed for the possoble formation of defects, and found out the best solution. Finally, the results were applied to the mold cavity design. It was verified that Moldflow could find future potential defects in the designing stage. Through the optionmation of product structure, mold design and injectiong mold process parameters. It could reduce the number of trial and the production cycle, thus reduce production costs and increase productivity.
