摘要
大一新生是一个特殊群体,具有独特的身心发展特点。高校在开展新生工作时,应借鉴马斯洛需要层次理论,尊重学生的需求规律,树立需求意识和服务意识,从生理需要、安全需要、归属与爱的需要、尊重的需要以及自我实现的需要五方面,逐层递进,满足学生成长成才所需,增强工作的实效性。
The freshman is a special group which has unique characteristics of physical and psychological development. Hence, the Theory of Maslow' s Hierarchy of Needs should be applied to the supervision of the freshmen. Meanwhile, we should respect the law of students' demand and establish their demand and service consciousness. According to Maslow' s physiological, safety, love and belongingness, esteem and self- actualization requirements, we should meet the students' requirement and improve our work efficiency.
