“三群联动”视角下港口的开发路径初探——以福州可门港为例

Preliminary Research to the Developed Way of the Port in the Perspective of Three-group-linkage——Take Fuzhou Kemen Port as an Example

港口、产业和城市是"三群联动"的主体。文章从三群联动视角入手,通过对福州可门港进行个案研究,发现港口开发的一般路径。天然的资源禀赋赋予港口开发定位;在政策及腹地产业中资金、人才等要素的投入下,港口临港产业动力源被撬动,催发腹地产业、临港产业的聚集,推动港口有效开发;在产业带动经济活力、城市配置资源要素的影响下,发挥港口"内扩外拓"的作用,形成三群联动促进港区城市的发展。

Port, industry and city are three main parts in the Three -group -linkage. Through the perspective of Three - group - linkage, this article finds out the general developed way of the port by the case of Fuzhou Kemen Port. Natural resource endowments give the port the developed position. Then with the related policy, funds and talents, port industrial power source is leveraged, and it may gather the industry of the hinterland and the port industry to promote the port de- velopment. The port effect of ＂extended inside and outside＂, ty, and the urban effect of configuring resource and the industry＇ s effect of promoting the economic vitali- elements can promote the port development.
